Princess Warrior Eliza... today and then! This little girl has come such a long way since she was found near death last August. So much love and tenderness went into her healing; it's been hard to even think about adopting her out. I'm seriously considering offering Eliza for adoption, so she's not one of 50 cats. Despite being blind, Eliza gets around very well in the kitten room. She's very brave and bold, climbing on the cat trees and playing with her toys. She's not afraid of our 72 lb. dog, TyTy. She's very curious. Eliza gets along with the other kittens. She does like to snuggle with me, but she also likes to bite and pull my hair (trying to break her of that!)
She cannot live her entire life in a room, and I'm very nervous about giving her free range of the entire Sanctuary. I'm known as being "picky" with adoptions, and that will never change. Eliza requires a human who has plenty of time for her and has experience with blind kitties. I'm told by those in the know that Eliza would be fine to have free roam in the house. But I'm being an overprotective mom!

Eliza has made such amazing progress since she first arrived...
